 2.  Suzhou Dafeng Forming Technology Co., Ltd.

Suzhou Dafeng Forming Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by Professor Wang Guofeng from Harbin Institute of Technology. Backed by profound technical expertise and robust R&D capabilities, our core team of dozens of PhD and Master's degree holders provides the industry with high-quality technical services and comprehensive solutions.

Our core business encompasses superplastic forming (SPF) consulting, forming process simulation analysis, and mold design. We specialize in delivering turnkey solutions for the lightweight design and manufacturing of critical metal components, helping our clients upgrade product performance while reducing costs and boosting efficiency.

Leveraging our strong R&D capabilities, we have successfully developed large-scale, thin-walled aluminum alloy structural components with complex geometries. These products are widely used in high-end manufacturing sectors such as rail transit, automotive, and aerospace. As a qualified superplastic forming supplier for CRRC Qingdao Sifang and CRRC Changchun, we have achieved multiple core process breakthroughs through years of industry dedication and process iteration. These include the integral forming of deep cavities, multi-layer sheets, sharp edges, and high ribs. Our technologies have been successfully applied to major projects like the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-Speed Railway, the Jinyidong Intercity Railway, the Fuxing Hao (CR250 & CR450), and the 600 km/h High-Speed Maglev. This technology effectively reduces part counts, shortens assembly and welding time, and lowers overall vehicle weight, demonstrating broad application prospects across various fields.

Currently, we have reached R&D cooperation intentions with several automakers for SPF components. We aim to achieve the first small-batch production of automotive SPF parts in China by 2026, further expanding the application boundaries of superplastic forming technology and injecting new momentum into the upgrading of high-end manufacturing industries.
