1.2.1. PayPal Online Payment

○ Any transaction fees levied by PayPal or intermediary banks shall be borne by the payer.

2. Payment Proof & Registration Confirmation

○ Upon completing the payment, participants are required to email the proof of payment (e.g., Alipay transaction screenshot, bank transfer receipt, or PayPal Transaction ID) to icsam2026@163.com. 

○ Please clearly state in the email whether you require an invoice. If an invoice is needed, please provide all necessary invoicing details.

○ The organizer will confirm your successful registration and issue the corresponding electronic receipt or invoice only after the payment has been verified.
