For attendees traveling to the conference in Suzhou, here are the most efficient ways to get from Shanghai's airports to Suzhou North Railway Station.

1. From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA)

Hongqiao Airport is very close to the high-speed rail network, making the train the best option.

• Recommended: High-Speed Train

  How: Take a short walk or the metro (Line 10 or Line 2) to Hongqiao Railway Station. Then, take a high-speed train to Suzhou North Railway Station.

  Time: ~10 mins transfer time + ~30 mins (train ride only) 

  Cost: ~¥40 (train ticket)

• Alternative: Taxi

  Time: ~1 hour 20 mins

2. From Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG)

Pudong Airport is far from the city center. The journey requires a long transfer to the train station.
